A word from our founder

    After fifteen years in the trade I saw a market for a company that could and would cater to the customers desire to work with a company that valued their business. I heard over and over how present companies would either not answer their calls or return their messages.  
    Since starting my business in 2000, I continually hear customers say that they have called other businesses and there was either no answer or they got an answering machine. Nearly all business calls are answered by myself or somebody that can help you right away. 
    Another comment often heard is if a message is left that it is usually days later when the customer will have their call returned if at all, while we will return messages most commonly with in the first hour.
    Another common comment is that quotes do not necessarily mean that when the job is complete that the quote would be honored.  After four years of business we have honored every one of our quotes. As a result of that our repeat customers make up at least 50% of our revenue. Of those repeat customers a common comment is that once a rapport has been established proving our dedication to good service our rates remain consistent where as it is common for contractors to slowly start quoting higher and higher prices.
