Home remodels: with years of experience we can offer suggestions that most customers have not considered and therefor make the experience a pleasant one. We have advice on lighting that help in the decision making for the customer. We have made contacts over the years with reputable contractors that we can recommend as needed.

   New commercial buildings: When bidding on commercial properties to present, we continually beat our competitors bids anywhere from 10-30% and sometimes more. Keeping on schedule is and always has been a key part of our business. Being professional and looking professional is also a high goal we have set for ourselves from the beginning.

New homes: While this currently only accounts for about 10% of our revenue, we hope to become more active in this area. Again keeping on schedule and being responsive to our customers needs is of the utmost priority to us.

   Ansul systems: Because of our knowledge in controls and our ability to design a system that is affordable to the customer and will pass both electrical and Fire Marshal inspections, this has become a growing part of our business. A typical system designed by us can save our customers about $600.00 or more, over systems built by factories.

   Scope of work performed: We perform work from commercial buildings to installing motion lights on houses. While installing a motion light only generates a small amount of revenue, we understand that it is still work that has to be performed by somebody and is no less important to our customers than a commercial building is to those customers.
